After washing, towel-dry your hair until damp but not dripping, shake the can of GHD Body Goals well, dispense 2–4 pumps into your hands (amount varies by hair length and thickness), then work it evenly through your roots and mid-lengths using a comb or fingers. Blow-dry with a round brush—preferably using a GHD Helios™ dryer—to build volume and lift. For a more textured finish, you can also apply liberally to dry hair and blow-dry it in.

This volumising foam includes film-forming polymers (VP/VA copolymer), conditioning agents like glycerin and betaine, Panthenol, and UV protection (Benzophenone-4), plus nourishing components such as rice amino acids, wheat protein, and date fruit ferment extract, all delivered in a lightweight, heat-protective foam base.
