1. Dispensing the Foil • Open the Box: Remove the box packaging or open the lid tab on the Colortrak Pop-up Foil Sheets dispenser. • Grab and Pull: Pull a single sheet straight up from the pop-up slot. The interfolded design staggers the sheets so the next one pops up automatically without sticking or tearing. 2. Preparing the Hair Section • Section the Hair: Part the hair cleanly using a tail comb into the desired highlighting, balayage, or foilayage pattern. • Weave or Slice: Take a fine slice or weave of hair using your comb. 3. Applying the Foil and Color • Position the Foil: Slide the foil sheet underneath the section of hair right against the root area. Ensure the embossed, non-slip texture grips the hair nicely. • Apply Product: Brush your lightener or hair color evenly onto the hair using a tint brush. Avoid overloading product near the edges to prevent bleeding. • Fold or Wrap: Fold the foil in half upward over the hair or seal it down gently as needed for your specific coloring technique. The reflective aluminium helps retain heat to speed up processing time.
