1. Sectioning and Parting • Use the 5-inch stainless steel pintail to cleanly divide and section hair. • Insert the tip of the pintail into the hair root area and draw a clean line to separate sections, quadrants, or subsections for coloring or styling. • The extended metal length helps rest or position hair neatly without causing foil bunching. 2. Fine-Tooth Combing & Detailing • Use the fine-tooth body of the comb for smooth, detailed combing and removing tangles or foreign matter from the strands. • Because the comb is anti-static and heat-resistant, you can use it alongside styling tools or during precision cutting and blow-drying. 3. Weaving and Foiling (Highlights) • Take a clean, tensioned section of hair. • Place the teeth or tail of the comb underneath the hair section to weave or separate precise slices of hair for foils. • Separate the selected weave strands onto your foil or your finger before applying lightener or color, utilizing the metal pintail to anchor or adjust the foil cleanly
