In a non-metallic bowl, mix 1 part Blondor Freelights Powder with 1–3 parts Freelights Developer; WellaStore recommends a 1:1.5 powder-to-developer ratio.
Apply using a freehand lightening technique.
Develop without heat for no longer than 50 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
