BLONDME Glow Toner 60ml
Apply on towel-dried, pre-lightened hair.
Mix 1:1 with BLONDME Premium Developer 2% / 7 Vol. for a high-viscosity gel consistency, or BLONDME Premium Gel Developer 2% / 7 Vol. for a lower-viscosity gel consistency.
Apply the mixture immediately after preparation.
Use enough product to ensure even coverage and work through thoroughly.
Leave on for 10 minutes, or up to 20 minutes for a more intense result while visually monitoring the colour.
Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
Finish with BLONDME Bond Repair Sealing Balm.
