Apply to dry hair section by section, beginning at the nape and keeping approximately 0.5 cm away from the scalp.
Comb through once and keep the hair straight during processing.
Do not use heat and do not cover the hair.
Fine hair: 15 minutes
Medium hair: 20 minutes
Coarse/Resistant hair: 25 minutes
Check the result with a strand test.
Once the required straightening is achieved, emulsify with a small amount of water and rinse thoroughly.
Blow-dry the hair straight.
Use a ceramic straightening iron in sections no thicker than approximately 1 cm.
Apply the straightening neutraliser evenly and keep the hair straight.
Leave the neutraliser for 10 minutes.
Rinse thoroughly.
Apply conditioner or post-treatment for 3–5 minutes.
Rinse and style.
Do not wash or tie the hair back for 48 hours after the service.
